What Types of Insurances are Accepted?

Accepted Plans

As well as providing fee for service, we accept and are in network with most traditional PPO insurance plans. Furthermore, we accept assignment of benefits for these plans meaning, we will file for reimbursement from your insurance directly. At the time of service, you are responsible for any anticipated coinsurance amounts. Once the claim payment is received, if there is a balance due, it is your responsibility at that time.

Not Accepted Plans

Millkey Way Pediatric Dentistry is not a network provider for any discount or dental HMO (DHMO) plans. We are also not a provider for any state Medicaid plans such as Amerigroup, CareSource, or Peachstate. If you have coverage with one of these plans, we would still love to be your child’s care provider however you would be responsible for the full fee for service. In the event that you see Dr. Millkey’s name listed on your child’s benefit card, that information is outdated. Please call the dental office number listed on the card.
